"If you want something done right, choose another agent. 4 months into a change of beneficiary on my life insurance policy, and it's still not done!! I contacted State Farm directly and they said the form was never submitted. All I got from this agency is wait another 2 weeks and that's every time I call. Now dealing with State Farm directly and bypassing this joke of an Agency."
